The Walawwa, essentially a colonial house dates its way back to 17th century, and before it was bought to the state of a preserved lodging, it was owned by a statesman. Having with them 18 luxury bedrooms, the boutique property sets in the amidst of lush greenery of 2 acres and rural setting and gives that peace of mind for a traveler to either start their journey or end their journey in a clearer state of mind. You can take a dip at the stone lined pool with sun loungers or you can further take a comfortable hour or two off at the spa, or quite simply read while sipping a drink. A more ecofriendly perspective in mind, the Walawwa is solar powered and draws water out of natural springs. Delectable cuisine to remember is a twist of Asian and western and the bar is quipped with a range of drinks to tangle on. The rooms are clustered around the courtyard and is complete with a four poster bed and amenities to make the stay a comfortable one. The Z spa is also offering kids massages for the kids to relax for the ages 2-17, a shared iMac and a well stocked library are the other facilities that makes your stay quite enjoyable.
