The team 36 therapists are headed by two doctors in Ayurveda who has extensive experience in Ayurveda Therapy and wellness. With different escapes and relaxing lounges, the hotel gives the sense in regaining themselves in wellness, the tropical palm trees and the gardens have brought out the white walled hotel which is a structure by Geoffrey Bava himself. Yoga, Ayurvedic Wellness and meditation is promoted at the hotel as a concept and the cuisine as per suggested to the dosha in the guest’s body is as recommended by the doctors thus the food is fresh, authentic and mostly Sri Lankan. All treatment rooms meet at a lake area where one can relax before or after the treatment. The water lilies and lotuses on the lake surface are extremely relaxing and set the right tone for the treatment and its effects. The pre and post treatments are given special attention followed up with the necessary dietary requirements and care. Vegetables and groceries are sourced locally from reliable vendors. Only organic fare and fresh produce is used to make the delicious and nutritious meals at the property. Most medicines are obtained from reliable sources and what’s sourced from outside are manufactured in reputed herbal companies in Sri Lanka under the supervision & control of experts in the field.
